To ensure smooth implementation of the software system, we follow the steps as below:
Sytem Study: The process begin with the thorough analysis of the existing system, where we explore and understand the process, it's active pain areas and essential customer requisites. Followed by the mapping of current process with the ERP process to define the scope for new customized solution.
SOP Preparation: This phase is followed by the mapping of existing business process with ERP process. According to the new scope defined and changes required, the present SOP's will be revised or new SOP's will be introduced.
FULCRUM-ERP Customization: Based on successful system analysis and redefined SOP's, new FULCRUM-ERP Process flow Diagrams will be prepared. This flow diagram will give the clear picture of the customization required in the existing process flow.
