Seamless flow of SO – PR – PO, built-in checking and approval process for Purchase orders, integrated with engineering module for engineering inputs, PO printing in standard format with standard terms and conditions. Built-in MRP run for raw material PR preparation.
Facility to maintain record of inward material, accepted/rejected material, Facility to transfer material from open stock to project and vise-a-versa. Consolidated stock statements, material consumption trends, for inventory management.
Facility to convert EBOM’s generated by engineering into production PBOM’s. Facility to track every item in production order with it’s PR, PO numbers and stock status. Tracking of materials required for further shop loading and planning.
Material can be dispatched through trading and manufacturing section with delivery challan, Dispatch note, Inspection approval copy and Invoice copy. Finished Goods can be tracked and deliveries can be managed easily.
Project tracking, preparation of SO’s and budget allocation, budget management, Releasing PR’s as per project schedule, Managing project dispatch and material purchase. Preparation of project health reports with analysis of activity planning, delays, planned v/s actual dates, etc.
FULCRUM-ERP generates MIS reports based on SWOT analysis to analyse organization’s health based on Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. FULCRUM-ERP generates 100+ reports for analysis and to help management in understanding current scenario and future planning.
